Meet Sarah
MRS. SARAH
DIRECTOR OF EXPANSION
Sarah began working at Little Sunshine’s Playhouse in May 2016. Her quick embrace of the company culture led to years of steady growth and success. Sarah began
her journey as a teacher at one of our own schools and soon advanced to a Program Director role, where she played a key part in launching two new LSP centers in 2019 and 2020. In 2022, she stepped into the role of Operations Manager, overseeing multiple markets and focusing on school operations support.
After several years immersed in LSP’s operations, Sarah was promoted to Director of Expansion in June 2025. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing all pre-operational systems and managing the development of new schools. She ensures both operational and pre-operational schools are equipped with the resources they need and that systems are implemented efficiently and effectively.
Sarah lives in St. Louis, Missouri, with her husband, Kyle, and their two dogs, Maggie and Izzy. Together, they enjoy spending time with friends, attending local theater performances, and exploring everything the city of St. Louis has to offer.
She brings that same sense of connection and curiosity to her work, ensuring each new Little Sunshine’s school is thoughtfully supported from the ground up.
