Meet Mel
MRS. MEL
DIRECTOR OF EXPANSION
Mel began working for Little Sunshine’s Playhouse in March 2017. She quickly understood LSP’s culture and was promoted to Operations Manager in March 2018. After a year of diving into the operational side of LSP, she was then promoted to Director of Expansion in March 2019.
As the Director of Expansion, Mel oversees all systems and daily operations at the school level and manages all new school development. She provides resources to each operational and pre-operational school and ensures systems are being run correctly and efficiently.
Mel and her husband, Jonathan, have two children, Beckham and Sloane. They currently reside in Springfield, MO.
